You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Homitask, or any systems or networks connected to our services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

If your payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment information before suspending access to paid features.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homitask and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Homitask will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
