Two companies quoted me a whole new furnace. Even Air found a damper someone had closed during a renovation in 2019 and charged me for one hour.
They measured every room before saying a word about equipment. Turned out the thermostat was in the coolest room in the house.
Called at 6am in January with a dead furnace. Someone was here by half eight, and the plan meant there was no callout charge on top.
